1. The service

Craigs AI generates personalized educational courses using artificial intelligence. Content is generated automatically and, while we work hard on quality, it can contain errors. Always verify important information independently, especially for professional decisions.

2. Not professional advice

Courses are educational material only. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. High-risk topics are restricted or carry additional disclaimers.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must be at least 16 years old. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to extract the underlying models, or request prohibited content.

3a. Prohibited course requests

Every course request is safety-classified before pricing, payment, or generation. We will not create courses that facilitate illegal conduct, serious harm, exploitation, fraud, privacy violations, or unlicensed professional practice — see the Course-Creation Policy for the full category list. Repeated prohibited requests are rate-limited and may result in suspension; severe categories result in immediate suspension. Classification decisions can be appealed.

4. Certificates

Certificates confirm completion of the stated Craigs AI course. They do not represent academic credit, professional licensure, or third-party accreditation.

5. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Daily usage limits protect service quality for everyone.

6. Your content and data

You own your notes and submissions. You grant us the licence needed to operate the service (storing your courses, grading your answers, personalising your lessons). See our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
